The foundation stone of our company, Zhejiang Hengtai Filtering Equipment Co. Ltd., was laid in the year 2002 as a manufacturer, trader and exporter of Poly Disc Filter, Industrial Rotary Disc Filter Sector Seal, Mesh Plug in Structure Sector and Rotary Disc Filter Sector and other allied products. Our research and development department performs its responsibility of developing the equipment, processes and control of products with remarkable efficiency. Zhejiang Hengtai Mesh Fabric Co. Ltd. and Zhejiang Hengtai Net Co. Ltd. are our sister concerns. All three companies work together to ensure that these set benchmarks in domestic and International markets. India, Pakistan, Egypt, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Brazil and Malaysia are a few of many countries where we export our offerings.

We have our in-house R&D with which we easily develop our offerings as per the customer requirements, structural features of the products and their application processes. Each and every team member of our company possesses over 10 years of experience in the design domain. Currently, our center has 18 team members, 6 senior engineers and 80 percent of other staff members hold advanced or master degrees.

Our company has an Assembly workshop, CNC cutting center, CNC machining workshop, Automatic welding workshop, etc.

• Welding workshop: We have installed various modern welding equipment like photoelectric tracking, automatic submerged arc welding machine, automatic robotic welder, SAW machine, etc. Using these machines, we enhance the efficiency of our production process while ensuring remarkable weld quality.
• CNC machining workshop: This workshop assists us in enhancing the production efficiency and product quality. Outfitted with several CNC machines like CNC milling machine, German CNC machining center, CNC horizontal lathe, etc.
• CNC cutting center: This unit is set up for ensuring the cutting accuracy of Poly Disc Filter and other filter parts.
• Assembling workshop: The assembling of our manufactured disc filter machine with 5.7 m diameter which is the largest is assembled by our employees in this workshop.

The inspection of product quality at our end begins from the time raw material is procured and brought to our factory. From then till the manufacturing of finished goods, we remain vigilant of each and every step to bring forth our Gravity Disc Filter and other filter spare parts of unmatched quality. Our in-house quality checking facility owns several quality-checking equipment ranging from Ultrasonic flaw detector, Magnetic particle flaw detector, Coordinate measuring machines, Spectrometer for metal analysis, Hardness tester, Metallurgical microscope and Impact testing machine.
